Men's MLC

Time set aside for men to encourage and be encouraged.

The church has an active men's MLC (missional life community) that meets regularly during the year. Men's ministry gives the men of the church an opportunity to pray, support each other and discuss the issues that Christian men face. MLCs are small groups where we can love God and love our neighbour — together as a missional community, we grow in our faith and are a blessing as we serve our sphere of influence or neighbourhood.

Through teaching, discipleship, social events and prayer, our aim is to understand what it means to be men of faith. We have various events including real men’s nights, sports days and breakfasts!

We meet every Sunday from 1:00pm to 4:00pm at:
The John Holt Community Centre
Birch Avenue, Westhoughton, Bolton, BL5 2NR

What to expect

Our Sunday gathering includes a warm welcome, worship, prayer, biblical preaching, fellowship and the opportunity to encounter the presence of God. The service is followed by tea and coffee, giving you time to connect with others.

Come as you are

There is no special dress code and no need to have everything figured out. Come as you are and discover a church family committed to following Jesus and growing together in faith.
